Overview of Job | The Service Engineer is responsible for managing the Hardware and related software systems either at customer’s premises or remotely. |
Minimum Requirements | The job requires the individual to have ability to work on multiple IT products, use tools, be alert and analytical, and provide round the clock service Services engineers advise about, design, install and maintain cost-effective and energy efficient systems. The employee should be able to negotiate contracts with clients, particularly in consultancy work Promoting energy efficiency and other sustainability initiatives Design the layout of various equipment’s and services The employee should carry out test on systems and make changes wherever necessary.
